 NOTICE - Cancellation Fee - ANY Order cancelled after shipping or Refused and returned by carrier will be charged a 20% Cancellation Fee plus shipping. Orders cancelled before shipping will only be charged a 10% cancellation fee.  It costs us 4% or more to process credit cards plus 35 cents per transaction. Go online to www.usps.com and print out labels and postage using your credit card or Take to the post office and buy there. Online saves time from stabding in line at the post office. Postage is usually $4.05 for priority air mail if under 1 pound. We suggest paying an extra $0.35 for for delivery confirmation for proof that the package was returned to us. SHIPPING—You have 90 days from the date on the receipt to return a bottle for a refund.  Items returned soiled, damaged or neglected will be charged a 50% or more restocking fee. We accept returns if they were purchased from GW Wholesale and you enclose a copy of the receipt with the returned item and a letter stating why you are returning the items. WE will email you instructions.  Missing Items: Send us an email at service@gwwholesale.com   telling us what you are missing and we will send you a replacement.  For 2 or more bottles we will have to file an insurance claim with the carrier and forward forms for you to fill out and sign. As soon as we have the completed forms we will send the replacement bottles. If the entire order is missing let us know and we will track the package and if it is lost we will send a replacement after filing a claim.
