DHL is insured and traceable online - we ship most  orders of 3 or more bottles by DHL in the USA.  www.dhl.com 

Priority Air Mail-  1 to 3 bottle orders, po boxes and apartments. The post man will leave it in your mail box in most cases. Too big for box and you will have to pick it up at the post office or they will re-deliver next day. Trackable online at www.usps.com

Business Addresses are shipped DHL in most cases or priority air with signature required.

Apartment delivery of 3 or more items is DHL and normally left at the managers office if no one is home. Check at the managers office frequently if you are not home. leave a note on your door to drop off the package at the managers office if you work during the day.

WE are not responsble for customs Seizures- 3 bottles per shipment  is the max we ship,  so they will clear customs and FDA.  If you order more than 3 items, we will ship the first 3 and when they arrive please email us at service@gwwholesale.com and we will ship another 3 bottles and continue until the order is complete. CUSTOMS - Our products are classified as a dietary supplement in the USA.  As long as the items you purchase are for personal consumption and not for resale then most customs will pass them through. If customs declines the delivery it usually takes 30 to 60 days before the shipment is returned to us. We will credit your charge account for the full  price as soon as the shipment is returned in good condition less any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
